Loose Ends
Created and performed by Jens Altheimer (Squaring the Wheel)
The 2013 Adelaide Fringe Award winner is back with a new wonderful and magical family show full of wacky thingamabobs. Tie up some ‘Loose Ends’ when this adventurous one-man show full of groovy gadgets, playful puppets and skilful clowning lands in your town.
A tale about friendship, jealousy, loyalty and meaningful connections... and all the the tricky and messy bits that make part of the game.
Built from hard rubbish and op-shop treasures, 'Loose Ends' is a celebration of the capricious and full of unexpected situations, set in a quirky and madcap world with a touch of Wallace and Gromit and Mr. Bean.
Loose Ends feels warmly human, it is funny, it is sad, and in the end it is uplifting and encouraging.
“an outstanding piece of children’s theatre” The Mercury
"a fanciful journey of friendship with raw emotion and laugh out loud comedy” What’s on Adelaide
"really draws you in, encourages you to use your other senses and engages your imagination.” Play and Go
Nominated for Best Children’s Production Adelaide Fringe 2017
